Fees & VAT

Attendance fee includes activities, events, and schedules as detailed on www.wetest-athens.gr

All tickets are subject to Greece VAT at 24%, charged to all attendees including those from abroad (EU & non-EU).
Payment & Invoicing

Participants must provide a means of payment during registration.

Payments can be completed via bank transfer or by card.
-
A VAT invoice or receipt will be generated for all payments.
-
Failure to pay in a timely manner may result in refused entry.
Cancellation & Refunds
-
Cancellation requests must be sent to wetest.athens@grtb.gr.

Full refunds are available if requested by February 28, 2025.

No refunds after March 1, 2025.

Tickets can be transferred to another person until May 15, 2025. Email us with:

The full contact details of the person taking over your ticket

Substitutions & No-Shows
-
No credits for late notices or no-shows.

Registrants may send a substitute attendee with prior written notice.
Program & Schedule Changes

The organizer reserves the right to amend the program and schedule.

In case of cancellation, ticket fees will be refunded.

Registrations remain valid if the conference is delayed.
Data Collection & Use

Participant data is collected during ticket purchase and used to send updates about WeTest.Athens.
Badge
-
Participants receive a badge for entry, which must be worn at all times.
Photography & Recording
-
Photos and videos may be taken during the event and used on various platforms.
-
Participants agree that their image and voice may be included in these recordings.
