tERMS OF pARTICIPATION

Fees & VAT

  • Attendance fee includes activities, events, and schedules as detailed on www.wetest-athens.gr

  • All tickets are subject to Greece VAT at 24%, charged to all attendees including those from abroad (EU & non-EU).

Payment & Invoicing

  • Participants must provide a means of payment during registration.

  • Payments can be completed via bank transfer or by card.

  • A VAT invoice or receipt will be generated for all payments.

  • Failure to pay in a timely manner may result in refused entry.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be sent to wetest.athens@grtb.gr.

  • Full refunds are available if requested by February 28, 2025.

  • No refunds after March 1, 2025.

  • Tickets can be transferred to another person until May 15, 2025. Email us with:

    • Your last name, first name, and email address

    • The full contact details of the person taking over your ticket

Substitutions & No-Shows

  • No credits for late notices or no-shows.

  • Registrants may send a substitute attendee with prior written notice.

Program & Schedule Changes

  • The organizer reserves the right to amend the program and schedule.

  • In case of cancellation, ticket fees will be refunded.

  • Registrations remain valid if the conference is delayed.

Data Collection & Use

  • Participant data is collected during ticket purchase and used to send updates about WeTest.Athens.

Badge

  • Participants receive a badge for entry, which must be worn at all times.

Photography & Recording

  • Photos and videos may be taken during the event and used on various platforms.

  • Participants agree that their image and voice may be included in these recordings.
