Code of Conduct
We Test Athens is committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or any other personal characteristic.
We expect all attendees to abide by the following code of conduct:
Treat everyone with respect and kindness, and do not engage in any behavior that can be construed as harassing, intimidating, or discriminatory. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal comments, physical contact, and online communications.
Embrace diversity and promote inclusivity by creating an environment where everyone feels valued and welcome. This means refraining from making assumptions about anyone based on their appearance, beliefs, or background.
Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, both in person and online. This includes refraining from inappropriate language, behavior, and attire.
Take responsibility for your actions and their impact on others. If you see something that makes you uncomfortable or if you witness someone being harassed, report it immediately to conference organizers or staff.
Foster collaboration and teamwork by actively engaging with others and respecting their opinions and ideas.
Be willing to learn and consider different perspectives and ideas, and be respectful of others' opinions, even if you don't agree with them.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines set forth by the conference organizers and staff, and be mindful of your own well-being and that of others.
Violations of this code of conduct may result in expulsion from the conference, and any other actions deemed necessary by conference organizers and staff.
If you experience or witness any behavior that violates this code of conduct, please report it to conference organizers or staff immediately.
