Talk:

UX research budgets you can back with math!

How many users we should budget for has to do with too many variables. This session will clarify how to calculate UX research budgets based on mathematics.

John will present the most common cases and parameters needed to consider, discuss prior art, examine mathematical models for predicting how many users to recruit and will give practical advice in a very digestible way we can use at work.

Ultimately he will deliver the tools to answer the fretted question "why do you need so many users...and time?" with science and some hard earned experience!
