Eleftheria is a Quality Engineering Manager who truly believes that great testing starts with great people... and never stops evolving. Over the years, she has worked across complex tech environments, but what really drives her is coaching, mentoring, and helping teams grow — not just in skills, but in how they collaborate, communicate, and support one another. She’s passionate about turning buzzwords into action and firmly believes that continuous learning is one of the most powerful tools in a tester’s toolbox.
Colleagues often describe her as analytical, organized, and down-to-earth — qualities that help her stay calm when things get chaotic (which, let’s be honest... they often do). At WeTest.Athens 2025, Eleftheria joins the Round Table on Human Factors in Testing to explore what really drives quality: not just the tools and processes, but the people behind them — and how to bring out their best.
